The global real estate consultancy Knight Frank predicts that transaction levels in the final quarter of 2020 are heading toward the highest since 1995

Healthcare property and services deals are on track to reach their highest level in 25 years, as assets including care homes and mental healthcare facilities are put up for sale.

Total investment volumes into UK healthcare property have risen to £2.24bn ($2.32bn) so far in 2020, a 25% rise on the £1.76bn for all of 2019, according to research by Knight Frank.
