1. Introduction
   • 1.1 SafeRE is a real estate investment platform , consisting of this website (“Website”) and services therein at http://application.safere.com (“Platform”) provided by SAFERE PTE. LTD. (“SafeRE”, “our”, “we”), a company incorporated in Singapore with registration number 202134322D, whose registered office is at 1 Fifth Avenue, #04-09, Guthrie House, Singapore 268802.
   • 1.2 “You” and “your” refers to any person and/or organisation accessing or using this Website.
   • 1.3 SafeRE grants access to and use of this Website on the terms and conditions contained herein (“Terms”). You should read these Terms carefully before using this Website and its Contents (defined below).
   • 1.4 We may revise these Terms at any time without notice to you and any changes will be uploaded on this page. Such changes shall take effect from the date of upload and your continued use of this Website from such date will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check the Website for such changes from time to time.

Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that the source and object code of this Website and the format, directories, queries, algorithms, structure and organization of this Website and its Contents are the intellectual property and proprietary and confidential information of SafeRE and its licensors. You are not granted any intellectual property rights in and to this Website and its Contents which are not expressly granted in these Terms and such rights are hereby reserved and retained by SafeRE and its licensors
5. Use of the Website and its Contents
   • 5.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SafeRE grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use this Website solely for your personal use.
   • 5.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this Website and its Contents complies with all laws and regulations which apply to you.
   • 5.3 You shall not:

This Website is intended to solely be a conduit or a channel of communication to the fund managers listed on this Website. Nothing in this Website constitutes investment advice or solicitation for investment in any fund listed on this Website by SafeRE. The use of this Website does not create a business or any other relationship between you and SafeRE.
   • 7.2 The information in this Website is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as an offer or solicitation to subscribe in the fund or products referred herewith. This not a transactional website, and no products or services may be purchased through this Website. Access to the products and services listed on this Website may also be restricted for certain persons or countries in accordance with the applicable legislation. Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation in these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach of these Terms constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
    • 10.4 Rights of Third Parties. These Terms are not intended to benefit any third party, and do not create any third-party beneficiaries. Accordingly, these Terms may only be invoked or enforced by SafeRE or you.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    • These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes, claims or actions arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.
