Our Roots
SafeRE’s team members have been in real estate for a long-time. They have managed several billion US$ of investments and their experience includes real estate, information technology, finance, risk, and asset management. They have invested across the capital stack, in strategies ranging from core to distressed, in student accommodation, in logistics, in residential and hospitality-related themes. Their strategies combined a focus on adding value to underperforming assets through careful market analysis and meticulous execution of improvement activities, with investor-oriented legal and financial structuring, and active management of the investment and divestment process.
The team decided an agnostic, paperless, intermediary-free, digitized alternative was needed and could make a big impact for investors and asset owners and so SafeRE was founded.
